As our services are delivered digitally and work begins immediately after order and brief confirmation, specific rules apply for refunds.
Before project start
If you request cancellation before the project has started (before you have submitted the approved brief), you are entitled to a full refund minus any Stripe transaction fees.
After project start
Once the project has started and the brief has been approved, we cannot offer partial refunds for work already completed. If you decide to cancel after start, we will deliver all work completed to that point.
Work not matching the brief
If you believe the final delivered work materially does not match the agreed brief, you must:
- Contact us in writing within 14 days of final delivery
- Specify how the work does not match the approved brief
- Give us the opportunity to correct the issue
We will review the claim within 5 business days. If the discrepancy is confirmed, we will make the necessary corrections or, at our discretion, offer a partial refund.
