Discovery
Before any design work starts, we need to understand your business, your users, and what success looks like for this project. We send a structured brief questionnaire and, for larger projects, schedule a discovery call. You will hear specific questions about your audience, conversion goals, content, and competitors. We do not ask vague questions. By the end of this phase, we have a documented brief both of us can refer back to throughout the project.
- Structured brief questionnaire
- Competitor visual audit
- Goals and conversion targets
- Content inventory
- Audience definition
Design
We design in Figma. All work starts with a wireframe pass, which we share with you before adding visual design. This prevents the common problem of spending time debating colours when the layout itself needs adjustment. After wireframe approval, we apply the visual design layer, typography, colour, imagery, spacing, and motion concepts. You review, request changes, and we iterate through the agreed revision rounds.
- Wireframe layout review
- Visual design application
- Typography and colour system
- Mobile-responsive variants
- Interactive prototype link
Delivery
When revisions are complete and the design is approved, we package and deliver the final files. Depending on your package, this includes the Figma source file, exported assets, a developer handoff document with spacing, colour values, and behaviour specifications. We do a final walkthrough call and hand you the access links. For the following two weeks, we are available for any questions as your development team implements the design.
- Figma source file export
- Asset export (SVG, PNG, WebP)
- Developer handoff document
- Final walkthrough call
- 14-day post-delivery support
